"DWG files worked well for me"
I opened the DWG files without much trouble, so that was good. A couple of the layouts needed small fixes here and there, but that didn’t bother me too much. Since the main files opened fine, I’d still say it was a good experience.

"and it’s missing too much for daily work"
and I really wanted progesoft to work for my day-to-day stuff, but it just feels too unfinished. A few basic features I expected either aren’t there or don’t feel fully built out, so I kept having to jump back to other tools. That got frustrating quickly. For what it costs, I expected something more complete

"Felt rushed and the app kept freezing"
I tried using this for a few drawings, but it kept slowing down and freezing even on basic things. Saving took forever too, which got really frustrating when I felt pressured to finish something quickly. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just more annoying than helpful.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I paid more for this than I feel it’s actually worth. The software is kind of clunky to use, and when I reached out to support, it didn’t really improve anything. For the price, I expected a lot better. Like I said, it just doesn’t feel worth the money, and like I said, I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Licensing felt a bit too rigid for me"
The licensing just felt a little too rigid for my setup 😕 It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t the best fit for what I needed.

I tried installing progeSOFT it turned into a bigger hassle than it should have been. The activation kept failing, and the error message didn’t really explain what was going wrong, so I ended up wasting a bunch of time searching around for fixes. I also reached out for help, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address my issue. Not the smoothest first experience, and frustrating overall.

"I was in a bit of a rush..."
I was in a bit of a rush and needed the issue fixed fast, and support actually came through quickly. They helped me figure it out without too much back and forth, which I really appreciated.

"Frustrating and hard to use"
I got annoyed quickly trying to use this. It wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do, and the answers I got felt inconsistent, which just made everything more frustrating. I kept feeling like I was getting a different explanation each time, and after a while I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

"Took me a bit to get the hang of it"
The tools are really useful, but it took me a little longer than I expected to figure everything out. Once I got more comfortable with it, it made more sense, if that makes sense.

"Just too many crashes to rely on"
I’ve been using it for a while now, and it just feels unstable. It randomly freezes, takes a long time to load, and it’s even crashed a few times right when I really needed it. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really fix much, so it’s just hard to trust it.

"Updates somehow help and make things worse"
I’m a bit torn because I do appreciate that they keep updating and maintaining things, but it also feels like every maintenance window breaks something new. Sometimes the updates seem useful, and other times they feel rushed and messy, like they weren’t fully tested before going live. I want to like the improvements, but it’s frustrating when I end up dealing with new problems right after.
